Hotel for Dubai layover on June 29

IMANA Airline fare includes Hotel in Dubai for the layover.

Emirates Airlines will provide a Maximum of 100 Hotel rooms in Dubai on June 29, 2012. The hotel room will be based on a twin occupancy. Physical hotel will not be identified until day of departure. Emirates Airlines makes every attempt to accommodate passengers in an Airport Hotel located in Dubai Airport. In the situation arises that the Hotel is NOT available in Dubai Airport, Emirates will transfer all passengers to and from the Hotel, coordinated with their connecting flights and times. The cost of the hotel is included in the cost of the tickets.

IMANA has negotiated group discount

We could only secure a total of 80 seats. 10 from Houston and 70 from New York.

Members from other cities like Chicago, Dallas, Tampa, Orlando, Atlanta, Kansas City, etc may reserve/purchase a connecting flight to Houston or New York whichever is convenient.

Please make sure your flight arrives at least 4 hours before the departure time of IMANA flight From New York or Houston

Baggage Allowance

Each Adult and Child will be allowed 2 bags up to and no greater than 50 LBS checked in, and 1 carry on. Each Infant will be allowed only 1 checked back up and no greater than 50 LBS.

Baggage transfer at the connecting flights:

If a member purchases a connecting flight separately, the baggage may not be transferred to the connecting international flight.

We highly recommend purchasing your connecting flight tickets from Travel House International (THI) who is our travel agent for IMANA group flights. If the reservations are made through THI, make sure that THI would assure that your baggage is transferred to International flight automatically.

NOTE: IMANA is not responsible for baggage transfers for connecting flights, any baggage transfer related questions and arrangements should be discussed with Travel House International.

Airport-Hotel-Airport Transfers

IMANA Tour Package includes airport to hotel to airport only for IMANA members who have purchased airline tickets from IMANA.

Business Class

Any upgrades to Business class will not be allowed with the IMANA group fare for a fee, any upgrades would be a separate transaction, and NOT count against the seat block.

Any upgrades with Emirates Frequent Flyer miles are allowed, all rules and regulations are at the discretion of Emirates Airlines.

Please contact IMANA headquarter if you require to purchase business class, if we have 10 or more members for business class who are not using frequent flyers miles, we may be able to negotiate an IMANA discount.

Side trips or Flight Deviations

Limited number of members can take a side trip from Dubai only, first reserved, first served.

Each and every passenger MUST travel in one direction Outbound or Inbound per the flights as above. The total of 25% of all seats sold and NO GREATER than 25% and or maximum 50 seats sold may take one (1) layover in Dubai in only one (1) direction. The layover is eligible for the exact same fare and applicable taxes as above. Passenger must only travel on a date where the above fare is available. This can only be confirmed on the day the deviation is requested. If the date requested is not available passenger may not pay any fee for an upgrade, and must only fly on a date on which that equivalent fare is available. Any such request must be made to Travel House and can only be confirmed and or denied by Travel House.

If a passenger confirms seats different from the seat block as above, any seats blocked on a weekend (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) will be subject to an increase in fare of $25.00 due to a weekend surcharge, per ticket.

From the day of departure, each and every passenger must return to their origin Emirates city no later than 90 calendar days from the date of departure.

Only 50 members can take these side trips or make flight deviations from Dubai. If you plan to take these side trips, book your seats today. This is a firm restriction on the discounted group fare.

The group fare does allow any side trips from Kuala Lumpur.

These fares do NOT include any domestic add on seats. All add ons will be a separate ticket at a separate rate at the time of purchase.

Children Seats

Infant Fare

The exact fare for infants can’t be confirmed until the actual date of issuance as the infant fare(s) are NOT included in the group rate. Infant fares are subject to a $25.00 penalty if canceled,

change of date or refunded. Bassinet seats may be requested but confirmation can only be granted by Emirates Airlines and NOT IMANA. Each Infant must be accompanied by one (1) adult. Any one (1) adult can only travel with one (1) infant.
