Please read this notice. By submitting the registration form, you agree to the conditions herein. IMANA arranges ground transportation companies and other independent firms to provide the conference and travel related services. These services are not directly supplied by IMANA. IMANA therefore shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any law such as the American Disabilities Act (ADA) or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, Inconvenience or injury to travelers, traveler’s companions or group members. IMANA shall also not be responsible for any injuries, death, damages or losses caused to any conference attended or traveler in connection with social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures, diseases, climate conditions, acts of terrorism, local laws, any other abnormal conditions, or anything beyond. By embarking upon this trip, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel whether foreseeable or unforeseeable. The traveler is hereby warned of the above risks as well as the possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions. The traveler is advised to consider appropriate insurance coverage against these risks. IMANA reserves the right to withdraw any tour announced in this program and make such alterations to the itinerary as may be necessary for the proper carrying out of the tours.
RIGHT TO DECLINE PARTICIPANTS:
IMANA reserves the right to decline, to accept or retain any person as a participant if it is in the best interests of the tour group and/or the individual participant.
IMANA also advises participants, especially those who have any illness (heart disease, lung disease, chronic or contagious illness, physical handicaps, pregnancy, or other infirmity) to obtain medical clearance for this trip and the tours.
REFUND POLICY:
Tours, CME Scientific Program and Registration: All requests for refunds due to cancellation by the registrant must be made in writing, signed by the Primary Registrant and postmarked before the dates as shown below. The names of each person who wishes to cancel must be included with the request.
Following cancelation penalties will apply:
On or before February 29, 2012 - 60%
On or before April 15, 2012 - 85%
After April 15, 2012 - 100%
There will be no exceptions to this policy. Electronic (e-mail) requests for refund/cancellation may be accepted ONLY if the request is sent to and acknowledged by IMANA Headquarters on or before the deadlines listed above. All e-mail requests must be followed by hard copy signed by the Primary Registrant and sent by standard mail to IMANA Headquarters. Telephone requests for refund/cancellation will not be accepted.
