OVERVIEW OF THE CAMP
Annual
gathering of Muslim medical students from all over the world.
The students participate in a
comprehensive program of educational, cultural, social, sport, tourism and
recreational activities.
The operations follow closely the
scouting camp system.
The students themselves under supervision
of senior doctors primarily run the administration of the camp and its
activities.
The duration of the camp is full 6
days.
Deadline date for Registration : June 10, 2012
Date of Arrival to camp site: Monday, 9 July
2012
Duration of camp: July 10- 15, 2012 Monday
Date of departure : July 16, 2012
Requirements to attend:
Students of Medical and Health Colleges who are IMANA members or children of IMANA current members.
"Students” can
be extended to include newly graduates.
Both males and females are accepted for participation in
this camp.

LANGUAGE OF THE CAMP:
The field language is English.
The lecturers will specify their language of delivery.
Simultaneous Turkish/English translation is provided
when needed.
PARTICIPANTS ;

120 students
·
Each IMA is allowed a maximum of
10 students.
·
Group leader: Each IMA should
nominate 1 senior student to be the supervisor for the delegation. This
supervisor is expected to take care of the communication between the camp
supervisor and his IMA/delegation.
EXPENSES ;
·
The IMAs or individual students
are responsible for the cost of their return tickets to hosting country as well
as their Visa fees.
·
There are NO registration fees for
the camp.
·
Accommodation, meals and local
transportation will be provided FREE OF CHARGE by IMAKSA/WAMY or HAYAT
FOUNDATION during the sole days of camp activities.
·
Participants are responsible for expenses of their
outside of the program expenses.
ENTRY VISAS:
·
Visa for entry will be purchased
by participants carrying US passport at Istanbul airport. Others should get visa from Turkish
embassy.
