Rotation placement fees,
Minimum of four weeks rotation is required
The rotation fee is $250 per week
First 4-weeks rotation: $1,000
Additional Rotations:
2-weeks rotation: $500
4-weeks rotation: $1,000
Maximum of 12-weeks rotations: $3,000
