Bringing Healthcare to Guatemala

IMANA is expanding its medical mission work to Central America, beginning in Guatemala. In August 2026, our first volunteer medical team traveled to Palencia Municipality, a remote rural community where many families have limited access to essential healthcare.
This mission marks the beginning of IMANA’s long-term commitment to the region. With your support, we can continue bringing free, compassionate healthcare to underserved communities in Guatemala.
