Along the way, participants will begin to form their own framework for determining what (if any) ongoing role the family will play in the foundation and how other family foundations have addressed questions of generational succession. Participants will also form a framework for thinking through whether or not a foundation should be staffed (and by whom) and consider the range of forms that successful grant making might take as family foundations consider whether or not a grant or an initiative actually “worked”.[/fusion_text][separator style_type=”none” top_margin=”50″ bottom_margin=”” sep_color=”” border_size=”” icon=”” icon_circle=”” icon_circle_color=”” width=”” alignment=”center” class=”” id=””][separator style_type=”none” top_margin=”10″ bottom_margin=”25″ sep_color=”” border_size=”” icon=”” icon_circle=”” icon_circle_color=”” width=”” alignment=”center” class=”” id=””][/one_full]
