IMANA Education Mission Statement

Mission

IMANA’s Education Committee is committed to providing education within 3 spectrums of health: physical, mental, and spiritual. We focus on topics that are highly stigmatized in order to break stereotypes and cultural stigmas.

Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said, “How good were the women of the Ansar that they did not shy away from learning Islamic matters.”  (Muslim)

Health Education is an Islamic matter.
It is an Islamic right to learn and to teach.
