In the midst of the relentless civil war in Syria, 13 million Syrians have been displaced from their homes, without proper access to food, shelter or healthcare and 70% of Syrians are in need of humanitarian aid.
The gravity of the situation cannot be overstated. Many Syrians are displaced within their own country or seeking refuge in neighboring countries. These urban refugees, often invisible in their host countries, face immense challenges in accessing healthcare, placing them at severe risk.

Since 2012, IMANA has been on the ground, delivering medical care, essential medications, winter survival kits, food and life-saving supplies to those most in need.
In addition, IMANA has conducted 25 missions to date, recently completing our first of 2024 in February. Our incredible team of volunteer doctors and nurses provided comprehensive direct healthcare to over 35,000 has patient.
