IMANA Annual Convention 2022

May 24th, 2022

Expanding your knowledge of medicine goes beyond receiving your license and board approval. It also means being aware of the latest treatments and technologies and taking steps to remain updated for the duration of your medical career.
Keeping up with new discoveries and developments in healthcare can help medical professionals deliver better treatment to their patients. It’s one of the reasons why most healthcare organizations require their employees to have CME (Continuing Medical Education) credits.

The IMANA (Islamic Medical Association of North America) Annual Convention 2022 is a significant step for healthcare professionals to achieve lifelong learning.

Importance of Lifelong Learning in Medicine

Healthcare is progressively becoming more challenging with numerous scientific discoveries and the human body’s complexity. Because of this, medical professionals must improve their general knowledge and use of evidence-based treatment.

Lifelong learning should ideally include new developments and technologies, the acquisition of new skills, and higher competencies in medical staff that is ultimately geared toward optimal patient outcomes.

In addition, healthcare providers can use what they learn to progress in their careers and secure coveted positions in the industry.

IMANA’s Annual Convention is designed to help practitioners attain the competencies, knowledge, and advancement that they need to excel and advance.

What Is the IMANA Annual Convention?

IMANA holds annual conventions to help physicians and other healthcare providers keep abreast of breakthroughs in their fields while helping them improve job performance.

The main goal of the yearly events is to promote lifelong learning while focusing on improving patient care, support, and outcomes.

IMANA is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). All IMANA activities are thus planned and implemented according to ACCME and IMANA policies for enhanced and optimized learning.
