IMR has been working as a member of Muslim Relief Coalition (MRC) to provide relief supplies to the people affected by Hurricane Harvey in Texas. Four truck loads of supplies have been distributed to various shelters, and another truck load is arriving in Houston today and will be handed over to Red Cross. We are also providing food, snacks and water packets to people visiting the FEMA disaster recovery centers where they come to register for federal support.
MRC is working with Red Cross and Islamic organizations in Tampa area to assess the type of support needed for Hurricane Irma affectees. It has two containers ready to be dispatched to Florida. Please donate today to help us continue delivering essential supplies to the hurricane victims.
